14 Days to Return

All purchases from The Luxe Gift Shop can be returned subject that the item has not been opened or used within 14 days of purchase. If faulty, defective, in poor condition or have been delivered in error contact the customer service on our email address: theluxegiftshop0@gmail.com Providing photographic evidence of the item.

Damaged items must be notified with our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving of the item(s).

Refund and Exchanges

If the item is faulty, defective or in poor condition we will allow the option of exchanging the item or receive full refund.

Change Of Mind?

If you have changed your mind, or not the right one; you have 14 days to return the product(s) subject that the product (s) is returned in a condition in which it is fully resaleable. If the product(s) is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.
